Abstract
To study the fertilization of the olive trees at Sierra Magina (Jaen), it has been studied during three years their nutrient problems by analysis of leaves recolected at the second fortnight in july. At the same time were studied 33 soils of the regions were the leaves had been recolected. We have pointed out that major problems are: the low content in K, high amounts in CaCo3 and a clay minerclosy rick in illite. The nutrition in N and P is in relation-ships with the pluviometry of the zone with deficiencies in the dry years.
